I have been practicing psychiatry for more than 20 years and am Board Certified in both Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry. My practice focuses on the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. I am passionate about helping people and take a holistic approach to the care I deliver. I take time with the individuals and families I work with and seek to understand their struggles in the context of current life circumstances and past experiences. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood instability/bipolar disorder, eating issues, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Dr. Zaidi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatric Training at MHC - New York Medical College and Training in Addiction Psychiatry at NSUH - New York University School of Medicine. He provides Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment at Operation PAR Detox Facility and Windmoor Hospital. He provided his psychiatric services as a Medical Director at Bay Pines VA Hospital, Boley Centers, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and North Side Hospital. Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Kurecki, ARNP is a new addition to our team.

At our Center we offer General Medicine,Psychiatry, Psychology, Group Therapy, Children Psychiatry and Psychology, along with other specialties such as Neurology and chiropractic Care. We are open six days a week from 8 AM thru 5 PM. Next day appointments available.

I excel in healing depression, anxiety, attention/focus, sleep, and weight problems. I know the proper use of medications and know how to get you off medications you do not need. Overall I treat the whole body and mind by enabling patients to return to a natural balance in life. Many physical symptoms including pain and metabolic disorders can also be treated by addressing brain health. Not all drugs are good or beneficial and having a doctor who played a role in researching and developing the medications you may take is to your advantage. I offer these services generally three days a week.

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Miami (“Go Canes”) and medical school at Nova Southeastern University, Psychiatry residency training at Palm Beach Consortium of Graduate Medical Education. I've dedicated my practice to treating individuals with a wide range of psychiatric illness. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her adult psychiatry residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry.

I am a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry who specializes in children, adolescents , adults and older adult medication management for anxiety, depression , ADHD and cyclic mood disorders (bipolar disorders). I believe medication can be helpful when prescribed in small dosages and when the patient is fully informed about what the medicine is expected to do for them. Nurse Practitioners are are not interested in labeling you with a diagnosis. We are generally far more focused in treating your distressing symptoms.
