Dr. Bose is a Board Certified Child, Adult and Adolescent Psychiatrist with Comprehensive MedPsych Systems (CMPS). He completed his internship, residency and fellowship at the University of South Florida. Jose D. Ruiz, M.D. Graduated from Medical school Universidad Central del Caribe, Puerto Rico in 1992. Finished Residency in Psychiatry and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at University of Florida in Gainesville, finishing in 1997. Served in the Army for 6 years as a psychiatrist (Korea, Germany and Georgia). Came to work at current group LifeStance Health that was called Florida Psychiatric Associates back in 2003 and latter Orlando Behabioral Healthcare. He is Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. See's patients from 2 yrs and older.

She has over 24 years of medical experience behind her with over 8 years of experience treating child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients Across the Lifespan. She is also a veteran with over 19 years of experience working directly with the military and veterans.

Elecia Trowers is a Board-Certified Adult, Child, and, Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree at The University of South Florida in 2016, she then went on to completing her Master of Science Nursing Degree at The University of Alabama Birmingham in 2019. She completed her psychiatric internship at Florida Behavioral Medicine, Lakeland Regional Health, and, Yantra Psychiatric Services. Elecia's professional background includes surgical transplant nursing, cardio thoracic nursing, she is also a proud nurse leader and continues to practice cardio thoracic nursing at the bedside.

Dr. Zaidi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatric Training at MHC - New York Medical College and Training in Addiction Psychiatry at NSUH - New York University School of Medicine. He provides Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment at Operation PAR Detox Facility and Windmoor Hospital. He provided his psychiatric services as a Medical Director at Bay Pines VA Hospital, Boley Centers, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and North Side Hospital. Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Kurecki, ARNP is a new addition to our team.

I have been practicing psychiatry for more than 20 years and am Board Certified in both Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry. My practice focuses on the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. I am passionate about helping people and take a holistic approach to the care I deliver. I take time with the individuals and families I work with and seek to understand their struggles in the context of current life circumstances and past experiences. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood instability/bipolar disorder, eating issues, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Dr. Thorkelson is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Medicine at The University of Pittsburgh. He completed his adult residency training at Temple University and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh where he continued on in three roles: as Associate Medical Director at the Center for Integrative Medicine, as staff psychiatrist at the John Merck Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders, and through the Visceral Inflammation and Pain (VIP) Center in the Department of Gastroenterology. Dr. Thorkelson specializes in the treatment of anxiety, autism, ADHD, and depression.

It is my belief that true peace and healing can only occur with a full understanding of the individual and how they relate to the world around them. Therefore, medication is only a small piece of the puzzle and although there is much talk about the use of evidence based treatments, the absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence and so I try to incorporate different schools of thought from not only Western Medicine, but Eastern Medicine as well. In the final analysis we are on this journey together and I find it a privilege to be able to join you.

I am passionate about mental health and wellness, and I love working together with my clients to help them feel like the best version of themselves. I have treated clients throughout the lifespan, and while I primarily work with children and adolescents, I am currently accepting both pediatric and adult clients up to age 65. I am currently treating depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar/mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. (Please note - I do not treat adult ADHD without an established diagnosis per neuropsychiatric testing.)
