Dr. Yates is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Yates may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. Yates received her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in San Antonio and has over 20 years of experience as a physician. She completed residencies in both Psychiatry and Family Medicine.

I employ a personalized integrative approach to support both adults and children coping with ADHD, Autism, Depression, Insomnia, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and PTSD. This approach draws from various integrated modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychopharmacological, lifestyle modification, and mindfulness-based interventions.

I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from New York University. I completed my residency at the Northern California VA Medical Center, where my clinical experience included dual diagnosis and trauma-focused care.

Ethan became a clinician to make a positive impact in the community. As a nationally certified physician assistant, he is humbled by the opportunity to provide outstanding care to his patients. Ethan helps children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

What sets my practice apart from other providers is my specialty in women mental health needs as they navigate the hormonal changes through each phase of their lives. These transitions and conditions include PMDD, PMS pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. My dual degree as a family nurse practitioner has allowed me the expertise in this area and to offer a unique servce to all my clients. I offer an integrated and holistic approach that is dedicated to helping you create an emotionally balanced life.
