I completed 5 years of residency/fellowship training in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry after completing medical school and see child, adolescent, and adult patients. I take time to provide quality, unrushed, evidence-based treatment and it shows in my patient's results. I allocate 90 minutes of intake appointments and 30 minutes for follow-up visits in addition to communication via phone and direct message.

Kathleen Simervil, a Delray Beach native has been practicing in psychiatric and addiction medicine since graduating PA school in 2018 and has since completed a board examination certifying her in psychiatric medicine. Prior to fully immersing herself into this vast field, Kathleen was also working in family medicine where she was able to provide medical care for a wide array of medical conditions and utilize a variety of treatment modalities.

Dr. Mark Simonds is a Board-Certified general psychiatrist with training and certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has been practicing general psychiatry for about 25 years. His practice focuses on initial assessment of psychiatric conditions, treatment planning, and psychotropic medication management, typically with a one-hour initial intake and 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Sinner is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He has practiced in various settings over his career including 5 years in inpatient settings in Vermont, where he also served as Medical Director for a state hospital psychiatric unit and taught medical students, followed by 5 years in an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania before beginning his telepsychiatry practice serving individuals in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York.
