Welcome to my Practice! I am Nationally Board-Certified by ANCC and AANP in Psychiatry/Mental Health and Family/Primary Care. In my eight years of experience, I’ve truly seen lives transformed. I believe when it comes to mental health there is not a “one size fits all solution” and that looking at the patients whole picture- not just mentally and physically- but also what is going on in their lives and what they have been through is essential to helping them move toward a meaningful life. Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available the same day or the next day. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing in our network of clinics and online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare.

I help patients verbalize their feelings and why they feel that way. I help patients process their thoughts individually to see the reasons and justifications for their thoughts and associated beliefs. It is that belief that arose from their experiences in the past, creating their behavior in that time. If everyone realizes that their experiences have no relation to the truth of an event and that they do not have to think similarly, they can change their thinking process every time. This can alter destructive thought and behavior patterns into a more helpful, healthy mindset.
