I'm Kelli, and I hold dual board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, I've honed my skills in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. My true passion lies in mental health, and I'm committed to delivering high-quality and empathetic mental health and primary care services to individuals of all ages. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

Pragnesh Patel, MD, is a Florida licensed Board-certified General/Adult Psychiatrist. He served as lead resident in department of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in 2015. He serves as a Medical Director at Instic Health. Dr Patel has developed standards to offer better care to patients. Instic Health is an outpatient psychiatric practice providing outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment across FL.

Trevon Friar, PHMNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner in Florida, based in the Tampa Bay area. Combining his expertise in evaluation and treatment, he founded Pivoting Minds Psychiatry. He provides comprehensive psychiatric services in Riverview, Florida and throughout the state of Florida, via telemedicine. Through extensive coursework, clinical rotations, and clinical practice, he has received specialized training and years of preparation in psychiatry for adolescents, adult and geriatric patients. He is skilled at using assessment-based and treatment-focused approaches to enhance mental clarity.

Krista White is a dual certified FNP-C, PMHNP-BC serving the greater Tampa area. She is dedicated to promoting mental and physical health and wellbeing to adult individuals. The impact that mental health and physical health have on each other is undeniable. As a board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Equipping individuals with the necessary tools to make quality decisions regarding their health is her philosophy; health promotion, disease prevention, and quality care are her priorities!

Kayla Ginter, PMHNP, is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional specializing in psychiatric mental health. She possesses a deep understanding of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders, and is committed to delivering patient-centered care that promotes holistic wellness.

We have offices in several locations and its a multidisciplinary behavioral healthcare group organized to meet the comprehensive mental health needs of our community and the surrounding South Florida area. Services includes psychiatric evaluations, medication, individual, group, couple, marriage and family therapies, substance abuse, and mental health counseling for adults and children.
