Dr. Hervey earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida and is a Board Certified Fellow in psychiatry. Dr. Hervey has been published in several peer-reviewed medical journals. Dr. Zachary Zimko is a Licensed Osteopathic Physician in the state of Florida. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Delaware in 2012 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Minors in Medical Humanities, Medical Diagnostics, and Biology. He graduated from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 with a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated his Psychiatry Residency at Largo Medical Center in 2020 and was Chief Resident in his final year. He is Board Certified in Psychiatry through the AOA. He serves as Medical Director of PEMHS and is an Assistant Professor at USF Health, Morsani College of Medicine’s GME program.

I often serve as the psychotherapist for my clients but also enjoy serving as a psychiatric consultant to individuals engaged in psychotherapy elsewhere.

Noel is passionate about providing compassionate , comprehensive and high quality mental health services to adults. He possesses strong clinical skills and establishes excellent raport with patients and family. Noel has always had an interest in the field of Psychiatry, he started his career as a nurse in a hospital Psychiatric crisis/acute care unit as well as hospital inpatient psychiatric unit. Mr. Hamilton graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a Post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health

We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.
