We have years of clinical experience with adult and general psychiatry. These include the San Juan and James A Haley Veterans Administration Hospitals, USF Associate Clinical Professor, St. Anthony's OP- PHP and Bay Care Life Management Health Care system. A psychiatric evaluation is a diagnostic tool employed by a psychiatrist. It may be used to diagnose problems with memory, thought processes, and behaviors. Diagnoses can include depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and addiction. For adults, an ADHD diagnostic evaluation should be conducted by a licensed mental health professional or a physician.

Noel is passionate about providing compassionate , comprehensive and high quality mental health services to adults. Noel has always had an interest in the field of Psychiatry, he started his career as a nurse in a hospital Psychiatric crisis/acute care unit as well as hospital inpatient psychiatric unit.
