I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Mr. Tully graduated from Jacksonville University with a Masters in Nursing and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He currently works full time at an outpatient office, treating adults with mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, thought disorders, abuse, trauma, and behavioral issues.

Dr. Rodriguez is an adult psychiatrist, who is fluent in Spanish and English. She emphasizes psychoeducation in collaborating with patients to help tailor a personalized treatment plan. Dr. Rodriguez has a patient-centered approach, combined with a passion for optimizing sleep as part of managing psychiatric illness. She offers supportive therapy during medication management visits, and may also offer cognitive behavioral therapy and/or recommend adding a therapist to your care team to optimize outcomes.

Dr. Alejandra Cattan is a bilingual Psychiatrist that delivers care in English and Spanish. She went to medical school in Buenos Aires, Argentina and completed her psychiatry residency at Bronx Care Health system. She then completed additional training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at NY Medical College Psychoanalytic Institute. After completing residency, she worked as an attending psychiatrist in New York and later transitioned to dedicated outpatient work.

Dr. Patricia Klaine is an attending physician working at Talkiatry. She is board certified in adult psychiatry. After completing her training in adult psychiatry, she continued her education by completing a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry which enables her to confidently treat patients with a variety of medical comorbidities. Dr. Klaine focuses on medication management. She offers this in addition to supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. For some patients, it may be important to bring in additional psychotherapy for well-rounded care.

Dr. Patricia Michel-Garrison is a board-certified psychiatrist by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (AOBNP) with over a decade of experience in inpatient psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate training in Chemistry in Florida, having moved there from Chicago in 2000, followed by medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). She completed her residency in Psychiatry in Largo, Florida.

Dr. Shah's practice focuses on medication management in conjunction with supportive and emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Shah believes in the importance of building a therapeutic relationship with her patients and families to help them achieve emotional their goals. Dr. Shah has extensive experience with the child and adolescent population and worked with foster care programs as well as juvenile residential facility programs.

Dr. Sinner is Board Certified in Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He has practiced in various settings over his career including 5 years in inpatient settings in Vermont, where he also served as Medical Director for a state hospital psychiatric unit and taught medical students, followed by 5 years in an outpatient community mental health center in Pennsylvania before beginning his telepsychiatry practice serving individuals in Pennsylvania, Florida and New York.

Dr. Milena Goldshmidt is a new addition to the Talkiatry network which allows her the luxury of working from home after the new addition to her family. She is double boarded in Adult Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. She has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Goldshmidt's focus is on medication management as well as supportive and emotionally focused therapy. She gives ample time during new patient appointments and has 30-minute follow sessions. She also is a believer in additional therapy is needed and/or additional medical and procedural therapies if needed to provide the best care and outcomes to her patients.
