Dr. Fife earned her doctorate from Kent State University and holds a Master's in Nursing Leadership & Management. With over 30 years of combined experience, she is a dual-board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Fife has offered consultation, supervision, clinical direction, and direct care in various settings, including hospital units, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, and long-term care facilities. She continues to practice emergency medicine while also training, educating, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Let me share with you why I do what I do. Some of us have had a provider who doesn't listen to you, talked down to you, or was dismissive of what you were going through. That is NOT who I want to be. I strive to provide a safe space where you feel listened to, respected and hopefully encouraged. That is why my initial visits are 90 minutes, so I can get a full picture of who you are and what you are hoping to accomplish. My follow up visits are 30 minutes. Through compassionate listening and helpful medications, we will seek to address your needs and find your help.

Dr. Riaz Rahman is a Board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry and has a combined 24 years of experience practicing in both fields. Taking care of all ages and all spheres of mental illness including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, gender identity disorders etc. Dr. Rahman graduated from Dow medical university with honors, where he received his medical degree. after completing his two residencies, he served in directorship roles at various institutions, hospitals, and long term care facilities.
