Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

I specialize in providing diagnostic mental health evaluations and medication management for patients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral disorders in adults, children, and adolescents. Through my previous work in internal medicine, I have worked with and provided compassionate care to chronically ill patients with complex conditions. Behavioral health problems often occur with other medical conditions, and I am especially sensitive to patients’ needs for mental health support when combined with other illnesses. I also oversee Ketamine assisted therapy and TMS treatments.

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and am passionate about providing quality and compassionate mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical skills are enhanced by my natural ability to build a rapport with patients and my easy-going communication style. I combine personal observation and clinical experience with evidence-based practice in order to provide all patients with a holistic approach to wellness.

I am Medically trained Physician Psychiatrist.I had the privilege to train at Royal London & St Bartholomew’s Hospital for 4 years in various branches of Psychiatry before I moved to the USA. I had a further Residency Training at SUNY Downstate Hospital Brooklyn, NY followed by a one year of Child Psychiatry training at the University of Florida. I have a fellowship in psychoanalysis from NYU and a 2 year of psychodynamic psychotherapy training at Willam Alanson White Institute , NYC.

There is this stigma around mental health, why yet no one knows why. What I do know, sometimes we need help taking our lives back. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health disorders if not properly treated can result in adverse behaviors such as difficulty sleeping, unhealthy eating habits, negative coping skills and sometimes substance abuse. I’m here to help you with those problems, by treating from a holistic style we work on modification to behaviors, lifestyle changes, and possible medication management. Dr. Zaidi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with additional qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatric Training at MHC - New York Medical College and Training in Addiction Psychiatry at NSUH - New York University School of Medicine. He provides Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment at Operation PAR Detox Facility and Windmoor Hospital. He provided his psychiatric services as a Medical Director at Bay Pines VA Hospital, Boley Centers, Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St. Pete General Hospital and North Side Hospital. Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Tammy Kurecki, ARNP is a new addition to our team.

Dr. Megan Toufexis is a board certified physician in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry. Her office is now taking new patients. The office has skilled and compassionate doctors and medical providers. They provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, CBT, ADHD testing, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy, women's mental health care, and treatment for OCD, and eating disorders.

I am currently practicing in Tampa Florida and the surrounding metro areas, and have provided mental health care as a NP for more than 3 years to children, adolescents, and adults. Specializing in promoting health and wellness, while treating anxiety disorders; stress management, depressive disorders, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, substance abuse, and medication management for various mental health conditions.

Jennifer has over 8 years of mental health nursing experience. While working on an inpatient psychiatric unit she saw the need in the community for more mental health providers so she decided to further her education. She is a compassionate, understanding provider who enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients. Jennifer attended South Florida State College for her nursing degree and the University of South Florida for her bachelor's degree. She obtained her master's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is board certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Dr. Robert Wilkins sees patients of age eighteen and up at Lifestance. He provides some limited therapy for mood and anxiety disorders. He treats depression, anxiety, psychotic conditions, substance abuse, and ADHD. There is a special interest in the treatment of PTSD. Dr. Wilkins obtained his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, and then completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Colorado. He spent many years at the Veterans Administration before coming to Lifestance.
