I am a Board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. My holistic approach includes medication management, psychotherapy and lifestyle changes. I use personalized integrative psychiatry methods to help adolescents and working professionals struggling with anxiety, depression, and burnout. I received 4 years of psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School and 2 years of Child & Adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at UCSD.
