Hello! I provide individual medication management and psychotherapy services both online and in person in Minneapolis. I work with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I see patients aged 14 and older, and have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults aged 14-25. I am committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and supported in improving their mental health and overall well-being.

I integrate medication management along with addressing nutrition, exercise, sleep, spirituality, relationships, and environment.
