My goal is to help you make transformative life changes and build emotional resilience through a collaborative process. I am a psychiatrist, psychodynamic psychotherapist, and psychoanalyst. While I have extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, I use an integrated approach combining education with various therapy techniques (emphasis on insight-oriented, but also cognitive/behavioral, supportive, mindfulness, family systems, motivational interviewing, social and organizational skills, and existential) and medication management.
