I have been a nurse for over twenty years. I became a psych mental health NP to meet people where they are at. Just like physical health our mental health needs to be cared for in a therapeutic nonjudgmental way. The goal is not to change who you are but to help heal you from the insults and injuries that are caused by life events.

I currently working with OTL which is a telepsychiatry practice in Richmond VA. I see patients via telehealth in all of Virginia. I would love to meet and help those who want to improve their mental health.
