I'm Elizabeth "Liz" Lemons, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of experience managing and treating a diverse range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep/insomnia, OCD, Bipolar II, PTSD, and substance use. I work with teens, adults, and seniors to provide comprehensive care.

I earned my Master's Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and became certified as a PMHNP in 2020. My approach integrates therapy with medication management to help clients improve their symptoms quickly. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that focus on long-term mental health benefits.
