I spent a lifetime trying to understand the brain, mind and spirit's role in facing life's challenges. While medications can be useful, they do not address our whole being. I will collaborate with you to address depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions using a biblical framework. We will include your healthcare providers and community as necessary to thrive.
