We'll start with a comprehensive evaluation and medical workup. From there I create a treatment plan that addresses your concerns and is adaptable to progress that we track together.
I help adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns, with any combination of talk therapy, nutrition and supplement support, lifestyle modifications like exercise and sleep regulation, other evidence-based integrative psychiatry modalities, and/or traditional psychiatric medication management.
I see patients primarily through video online. I have physical offices in L.A. and Tucson, and I can see people online anywhere throughout CA and AZ.
