My practice is designed for individuals who have been struggling and frustrated by an inability to achieve their goals in life. Together, we will work on recovery, growth, and flourishing. I have advanced training in biological psychiatry and psychotherapy. My philosophy on psychopharmacology is a thoughtful and minimalistic approach. We will use medications to enhance your own mind and body’s own healing powers to reassert themselves.
I am dually boarded in Adult psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, which lends to a unique expertise in college age as well as general life transition issues from a developmental perspective.
We will use psychotherapy to piece together the narrative of your life, putting together the puzzles and create a meaningful and empowering picture.
