Daniel Chafetz is PsychMH/NP Board Certified Graduate of University of Arizona and Arizona State University with over 20 years of experience working in behavioral health in a variety of settings. "I do take a genuine interest in my clients. It is very fulfilling to watch people get better and attain their highest level of functioning. I use a collaborative approach with my clients and strive for excellence in over-all wholesome health."
I specialize in a variety of psychological issues from mood disorders, depression, psychotic d/o, Vivitrol specialist, Spravato Treatment and dual diagnosis. We have a Neurologist in our group to see patients for additional issues that extend beyond the Mental Health spectrum.
To best meet the needs of our patients, we are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are closed Wednesdays. We offer telemedicine option for clients who live far (I am licensed in Arizona and New Mexico), or who just prefer telemedicine visits as an option.
