Stephanie is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Delaware and certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) which provides a framework for treatment of the whole person. She is empathic in her treatment approach and a good listener. She is vast in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Psychotic Disorders.

Kristin obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from West Chester University. After working as a community psychiatric nurse, she went back to school to obtain a Master's Degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing as a PMHNP since 2014. She focuses on connecting with her patients so that they feel comfortable with opening up and being honest, in hopes of creating a mutually agreeable treatment plan between prescriber and patient.

At Brandywine Valley TMS we provided TMS therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for patients with depression who have tried medications and/or psychotherapy but have not yet experienced the relief they seek.

I am a psychiatrist who works with patients who are struggling with mental health problems. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations as well as evidenced and empirically-based medication management. I consider my approach to be psychopharmacologically conservative and minimalist. What this means is that I aim to minimize the use of medication, and recommend that my patients have a psychotherapist as well. I have a network of excellent therapists that include social workers, counselors, coaches and psychologists with whom I work closely.

I am currently scheduling patients for both in-person (Philadelphia and Paoli) and telehealth appointments. I welcome patients who are looking for medication management, therapy, a second opinion, or any combination of the above. My interests include diagnostic clarification of mood/anxiety/attention disorders, evaluation of young adults who may be seeking help for the first time, and treatment of substance use disorders that often present with other common diagnoses.
