My training and clinical experience of 3 decades include general medicine, neuropsychiatry; comprehensive adult psychiatry, sexual medicine, various psychotherapies (such as here-and-now focused therapy); rTMS; esketamine (Spravato) and ketamine treatments; psychiatric genetic testing; and advanced psychopharmacology with integrated supportive psychotherapy / counseling during patient sessions. I employ a multidimensional and integrated approach toward an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. I am in the clinical faculty at the GWU, Depart. of Psychiatry.
