My philosophy in nursing and psychiatry is to meet you where you are in your mental health journey and try to understand what brought you to where you are. My goal is to use evidence-based and best practice to guide treatment and decision to support you and your own personal aspirations. By providing a safe and judgment free environment, you can start to grow and become your best you.
I treat a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, insomnia, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar and mood disorders, and schizophrenia. Now treating substance and alcohol use disorders. I accept most insurances.
Everyone needs help at some point in their journey. The help I offer comes in the form of medication management paired with brief therapy interventions. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I graduated with my master’s degree in 2021 and have more than 17 years in the nursing field.
