As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Dave brings his easy going communication style, sense of humor, honest, and empathetic engagement to make it easy for him, his patients, and family members to engage in his holistic treatment approach. Dave utilizes his 14 years of healthcare experience from an EMT, nurses aide, psychiatric registered nurse, to a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in his day-to-day care to his patients.

Dave believes in a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of a person's well-being before resorting to medication. Dave is a firm believer that the patient is the boss and that they understand why they are taking medication and as a team, agree with each other on a treatment plan.

NOTE Unable to prescribe Stimulants (e.g. Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta) BUT I am able to write recommendation letters to a physician who can prescribe if it is warranted. my hours are Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm.
