I use cutting edge and evidence-based medicine to treat a variety of illnesses, including, but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD (also trained in Child-Parent psychotherapy for early trauma), OCD, Bipolar illness and Mood disorders, Grief and Loss, Existential Crises, Life Goal assistance, Eating Disorders, Attachment and Relationship concerns
I have a special interest in cultural psychiatry, spiritual psychiatry, and the search for meaning in life, and learning to move from “victim” to “warrior survivor.” I use a combination of nutritional evaluation, medication management, exercise and sleep education, as well as psychotherapy.
