As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 23 years experience in the field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and in a variety of treatment settings. Specialty areas are recovery from narcissistic abuse/domestic violence, attachment styles/traumas, OCD/anxiety, depression, grief/loss, anger management, postpartum, divorce/separation, and codependency. At my private practice, Family Psychiatric Services, I provide a holistic approach, utilizing intensive therapy, nutrition, and medication management, with the goal of helping patients become medication free (as appropriate).

Michelle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry. She has many years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Her Masters Degree is from Pace University. Michelle is a trauma-informed provider with extensive experience as the Director of Nursing in a Correctional facility and understands First Responders, Veterans, and their challenges.

Cornell and Columbia trained, Dr. Lopez does not believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the national Child and Adolescent Psychiatry society (AACAP) and believes in down-to-earth approaches that really make sense. Dr. Lopez is also an adult psychotherapist with years of training in the most in-depth psychotherapies. He provides interventions that have clear results. A Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), he has taught at Cornell and Columbia specialized programs for more than 15 years. He now brings to Philadelphia the latest knowledge to help kids, parents, and adult patients.

I am an ANCC board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), with over 10 years of nursing and clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. Offering patient-centered psychopharmacology and psychotherapy for children ages 5+, adolescents, adults, including couple and family counseling. I work in collaboration with various treatment providers from a holistic standpoint that is evidenced-based, while respecting the autonomy of the client.
