I'm a firm believer that our experiences make us who we are, however, they do not define us. I'm a Board Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner w/ > 10 years of experience in BH. I use a holistic approach with experience in several areas; IP and OP settings. I've worked with a number of clients who struggle with addiction, trauma, and mood disorders. I am passionate about patient-centered approaches to provide progress and balance.
My approach is client-centered and mindfulness based. I am skilled at attuning to others and allowing space for their total person to be seen, with no biases - providing safety and trust.
