She brings over 17 years of nursing experience in the mental health field, including work in both inpatient, outpatient, and residential psychiatric settings. Crystal received her Master's of Nursing from the University of Virginia. She enjoys working with and helping individuals & families with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, history of trauma, psychosis &mood disorders.

Crystal's personalized treatment plans for patients include utilizing the biopsychosocial approach. She enjoys actively engaging with the patient and their families while providing psychoeducation and support therapy during each appointment.

It is important to provide each patient with a safe confidential space that is judgement-free. Getting to know my patients is very important and assist in developing a therapeutic relationship as well as various areas of their treatment.
