Accepting new clients - Cecil Groetken is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Washington State. He was inspired to specialize in mental health after caring for individuals in crisis as an RN in an emergency room setting for the past eight years. He trained under multiple providers in the area before starting Cognitive Growth Mental Health and would be honored to have the opportunity to help you focus on your mental health needs.
Cecil's approach is to provide psychiatric assessments, talk therapy, solution-based therapy, psychoeducation, and medication management when appropriate. Additionally, he will focus on lifestyle choices (diet, activity, and sleep) as a means to improve mental health.
Cecil's mission is to build therapeutic relationships with individuals seeking to heal, grow, and foster a healthy mind space. He believes in meeting individuals where they are and collaboratively figuring out their next steps to reaching their true potential.
