My nursing career brought me the good fortune of traveling for work; I have lived in all four corners of the US (and in the middle, too!) and have enjoyed meeting and working with individuals of diverse backgrounds. As a nurse practitioner, curiosity and respect drive my practice; I join each person’s journey toward mental wellness with a collaborative treatment approach, taking time to “zoom out” and view symptoms through a holistic lens. I work closely with all my clients to make thoughtful, evidence-based, and safe decisions regarding treatment plans.

I specialize in providing a comprehensive secure psychiatric mental health evaluation and medication management for children, teens, and adults who are struggling with a variety of symptoms. These include anxiety, depression, ADHD, unstable moods, personality disorders, trauma, sleep disturbances, substance use, OCD and psychosis. Patients seek privacy and educated treatment within a non-judgmental space to ultimately lead to a more healthy, productive and positive experience with the management of mental health concerns.

Hi :) I am Katherine Jefferson, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama, where I completed my Master's Degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While pursuing my master's degree, I worked as a registered nurse in a neurological and trauma intensive care unit at UAB Hospital for over five years. I later worked as a travel nurse at Saint Anthony Hospital in Colorado.

Hi, I'm Dr. Henrietta Evans, DNP, APRN, with dual certifications in Psychiatric Mental Health and Geriatric Nursing. My career began in 1993 as an LPN in the U.S. Army, leading to a BSN from the University of Phoenix and an MSN from the University of South Alabama, focusing on psychiatric care. I earned a Gerontological NP certificate in 2010 and a DNP in 2015. Additionally, I'm certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy. With over 31 years across diverse medical fields, my holistic approach integrates mind, body, and soul wellness, continually advancing nursing excellence.

We are a telehealth-only outpatient psychiatric practice that provides medication management and therapy to all residents of Colorado. We serve patients from the age of 5 and older, treating a variety of symptom presentations including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, and more. Born and raised in Kansas City, I decided to pursue a medical career during high school. I went to trade school and worked as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. After several years I decided to further my education in nursing, attaining my LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, and post-graduate certification. I graduated summa cum laude from all nursing coursework. Margurite decided to pursue my PMHNP certification out of my desire to more effectively help others suffering from anxiety and depression.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner fostering care across the life span fully licensed in Colorado, Florida, and Oregon. I provide initial evaluation and ongoing management of psychiatric medications, supportive counseling, health education, ketamine evaluations, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions.

Hi there! I’m Megan, a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have worked in various healthcare settings over the years, first as a CNA/MA, then RN, and now NP. I have shifted my focus in recent years from medical to mental health care. It is my passion to understand and address the psycho-social aspects of patients’ lives to assist them in achieving better physical and mental health. I have extensive experience working with adolescents in acute mental health crises in an inpatient setting.

Alyssa received her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University where she specialized in psychiatric mental health. She is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Alyssa worked as a staff nurse in the psychiatric inpatient setting for 10 years.

Dr. Heather Jones, trained at UCLA, Johns Hopkins, and the Mayo Clinic, is a compassionate mental health leader with over a decade of experience. Dr. Jones goes beyond expertise, taking the time to understand each patient's unique background and strengths. She fosters a strong connection and empowers patients to make informed healthcare decisions. Her approach is down-to-earth, marked by humor and empathy, creating a judgment-free zone. She tailors treatment to your specific needs, empowering you on your journey to well-being.

I believe in dealing with the patient as a whole when it comes to depression, anxiety, trauma , mood disorders, PTSD, and sleep problems. We are currently accepting New Telehealth Patients from Colorado, Nevada and Texas. We will work with you to make sure you get the best care possible.

Currently I have openings for new clients. There are a multitude of reasons why people seek care and I take time to explore the challenges and struggles that bring people into my office and identifying contributing causes, like the use of substances, chronic poor sleep, lifestyle factors, before jumping to medications alone. As an experienced mental health provider, I have worked with neurodivergent individuals, those with eating disorders and other mental health issues like depression or anxiety. I'm glad to work with children, teens and adults on their mental health needs!

Started out my career as a nurse in homecare in NY and also worked on the Navajo reservation. As an FNP, I have worked in primary care, wellness health and treated patients with substance use disorder.
