I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been in practice since 2011. I work with children, adolescents and adults and offer medication management services as well as therapy. My focus is working with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other behavioral conditions. I am also uniquely specialized to treat women during pregnancy, postpartum and pre-menopausal stages. I have 2 in-person office locations in the Denver area and also conduct visits via telemedicine.

After earning my BSN and MSN-Ed from the University of Central Florida, I'm now on the thrilling path to a DNP at Regis University. Alongside my studies, I'm a full-time assistant professor dedicated to shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. I also completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) education at Colorado State University-Pueblo, where I've developed a deep passion for mental health across all ages. As a board certified advanced nurse practitioner with a clinical doctorate, I have extensive training providing psychiatric medication management for all ages. With a background in both family practice and psychiatric mental health, I recognize the importance of treating the whole person, mind and body.

My experience as a nurse expends 20 years and includes nursing education and emergency room practice. My experience as a provider is 10 years and includes emergency medicine, family practice, geriatrics and practicing as a sexual assault nurse examiner for almost 18 years. My hobbies include cooking and traveling with family and friends. I am a dog lover and proud mother to 2 english bulldogs and 3 human children.
