Sherra St Clair is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Doctor of Nursing. She has more than a decade of experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. She is a compassionate provider who welcomes patients of all genders and socioeconomic backgrounds. Sherra recognizes that each individual is the expert in their life experiences and works to empower people to recognize their strengths, worth, and potential.

Mara Minasian is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2020. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MSN from Vanderbilt University. Mara treats patients across the lifespan with a variety of mental health disorders, with a focus on treating young adults with mood and anxiety disorders. She uses a collaborative and individualized approach to providing care that incorporates medication management, supportive therapy, and patient education.

I know this is a difficult step to see a counselor. But try to forget the stigma. Everyone needs help now and then and it takes courage to reach out and connect. It's wired in you to need others during difficult times, and sometimes it's too much for a friend or a spouse to sort through things with you. I work with you to set practical goals, work toward them, and when you've reached them you can either wrap up your sessions with me, or set new goals. We only do what feels safe and right for you. I want to come along side you to get to the root of your concerns, and I give you tools to practice in between sessions.

Kristin Wingfield is a nurse practitioner board-certified in both psychiatric mental health and family practice. She is caring and empathetic and enjoys building relationships with patients to develop individualized care through a collaborative approach. She believes in the importance of recognizing the mind/body connection in the promotion of mental wellness. Kristin provides comprehensive psychiatric care through counseling, mental health education, and prescribing medications when helpful.

I have a true passion for mental health and for helping others. People often ask why I chose Psychiatry, and I respond that it chose me. I was a registered nurse for 17 years prior to embarking on this journey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I've taught mental health to nursing students for several years, then started working as a Psych NP in 2018. I've worked with patients of all acuities and diagnoses, including substance abuse, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD. I am comfortable treating children and adults and have additional training in perinatal psychiatry(pregnancy and post-partum)

We will work collaboratively to establish a comprehensive plan and discuss the role of medication and psychotherapy in your treatment.
