Claudio Demb is a boardcertified psychiatrist with vast expertise in the field of mental health. Claudio was born in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, amidst the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean and open lands. He attended medical school at the National University of La Plata, Argentina. Claudio subsequently pursued a rotating internship at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel Aviv University in Israel, before relocating to the United States to complete his psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Following his training, Claudio worked as a medical director of inpatient psychiatry at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. In 1997, he transitioned to Cambridge, Massachusetts, to begin his career as a staff psychiatrist at Cambridge Health Alliance and a teaching position at Harvard Medical School.
In these roles, Claudio provided clinical care to a diverse population, treating a full spectrum of mental health and psychiatric disorders. As an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Claudio has contributed to medical education as a teacher for medical students and a supervisor for psychiatric residents and fellows.
