I'm Christine, a PA with many years of experience in psychiatry. I treat anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma disorders. I am happy to serve clients who are new to psychiatric care (seeking a diagnosis and guidance) or those coming from other practitioners (such as a referral from a PCP or transferring care from a previous psychiatrist). I like to align with our clients in the belief that all aspects of health are interconnected and that while medications are an aspect of treatment, they aren’t the sole answer.
I have expertise in medications, lifestyle, and integrative treatments. I also use brief therapeutic techniques to offer you a compassionate, whole-person approach to your wellness. There usually isn't a quick fix to some of life's problems so I'm interested in developing a lasting relationship to walk with you on your mental health journey.
I offer both in person and telehealth appointments. In-person appointments are available in Longmont, CO. In some cases, I may require a one time or annual in person meeting. Taking care of your mind is a wise and healthy investment. Reach out if you are tired of quick, impersonal treatment.
