I'm Christine, a PA with many years of experience in psychiatry. I am the founder of Connections Psychiatry, LLC, a group of psychiatric providers. We treat anxiety, depression, mood, and trauma disorders. We are happy to serve clients who are new to psychiatric care (seeking a diagnosis and guidance) or those coming from other practitioners (such as a referral from a PCP or transferring care from a previous psychiatrist). We like to align with our clients in the belief that all aspects of health are interconnected (hence, Connections Psychiatry!) and that while medications are an aspect of treatment, they aren’t the sole answer.
My team and I have expertise in medications, lifestyle, and integrative treatments. We also use brief therapeutic techniques to offer you a compassionate, whole-person approach to your wellness. There usually isn't a quick fix to some of life's problems so we're interested in developing a lasting relationship to walk with you on your mental health journey.
We offer both in person and telehealth appointments so that people across Colorado can access our care. In-person appointments are available at our office in Longmont. In some cases, we may require a one time or annual in person meeting. Taking care of your mind is a wise and healthy investment. Come to us if you are tired of quick, impersonal treatment.
