I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner that is passionate about my work. I spend time listening to my patients and understanding what their needs are. I have experience working with diverse populations in multiple settings including inpatient and outpatient environments. I have worked with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. I offer a psychotherapeutic approach by offering medication management as well as psychotherapy.
Due to the mental health needs in our society today I wrote my first book titled Living in Balance: A simple guide to finding happiness and living your best life. This book is filled with my most commonly used tools and strategies and I hope it can be helpful for those having difficulty starting treatment.
