Great to meet you! Working in Psychiatric mental health since 2016, I help children and adults throughout the lifespan. I have an MSN from Regis College. Neurodivergent individuals and those with special needs are very welcome to my practice. I provide LGBTQAI+ affirming care. I offer no-rush care and supportive therapy for a range of issues. Depression, substance abuse, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorder treatment, as well as ADHD evaluations and medication management. I offer a non-judgmental space for my patients. ADHD evaluations and medication management provided for ages 6 and older. All other care provided for ages 12 and older

Groups
Neurodivergent Group - Online
Mindfulness and CBT techniques will be taught and practiced to work understanding ourselves, working on peer relationships, organizational skills and behavior modification to improve our moods and day to day lives. Medication education always included in this group. Meet neurodivergent peers who face similar issues as you. Video group Mondays 7pm-8 pm. Most insurance plans cover this group, self-pay sliding scale offered for those who qualify for this group.
