I am an advocate for the clients I treat and work with each individual to utilize their strengths as part of the healing process. I am not in charge of your treatment plan; each client is, and I am just here to provide the knowledge I have to help each client meet their individual goals. Mental health treatment is a long journey, but you will never regret taking that first step to improve your life.
I provide medication management to help clients get into the right headspace to process and practice the skills learned in therapy, groups, or self-help books, whatever the chosen method of healing is. I offer consultations for medical marijuana if appropriate. and genetic testing for accurate medication selection.
I believe that most of us are suffering from some form of mental health issue, and should be treated without judgement.
