I have been a Family Practice Physician Assistant for over 27 years, and have come to realize that emotional health is as important, (if not more important), than physical health. If we are not mentally healthy, then it is difficult to focus on trying to become physically healthy. Healthy nutrition, good sleep, and regular exercise are an essential foundation. We can thrive when our body, mind, heart, and soul are all working in harmony together.
Everyone is dealing with something difficult in their lives. My goal is to help my clients find stability and peace in all aspects, including physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
