I am a licensed, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the states of Washington and Oregon. I welcome adolescent and adult clients with mental health conditions. My approach in treatment is collaborative, partnering with clients in pursuit of their mental wellbeing. I incorporate the growing practice of nutrition psychiatry in my treatment plans as I see the benefits of natural remedies complementary with traditional treatments.

I derive treatment decisions from evidence based research. I recognize that medication alone may not sufficiently treat these disorders and I put emphasis on continued engagement with a licensed therapist and commitment to overall wellness. I also offer talk therapy, supportive counseling and solutions-focused brief therapy.

My practice is open to clients with mood and anxiety disorders.
