I work with adults ages 18-64. I am passionate about women’s mental health, particularly around pregnancy/hormone/reproductive concerns, and I am certified in perinatal mental health. I have completed a fellowship in integrative mental health and incorporate holistic, non-medication treatment recommendations into my plans. Additionally, I specialize in treatment of trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety and OCD.
I specialize in psychopharmacology and mediation management, and I always include brief psychotherapy interventions into every visit.
My approach is kind, calm, and compassionate. I view myself as working with you as a team to help you reach your goals and feel your best. We will discuss any recommendations together and decide as a team what the best course of treatment is for you as the individual.
