Providing the most compassionate, comprehensive mental health care is my goal. I have been an active psychiatric nurse in the community in various settings for more than 10 years. I am currently practicing in Tampa Florida and the surrounding metro areas, and have provided mental health care as a NP for more than 3 years to children, adolescents, and adults. Specializing in promoting health and wellness, while treating anxiety disorders; stress management, depressive disorders, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, substance abuse, and medication management for various mental health conditions.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes and is formally trained, licensed, and experienced in medication management and psychotherapy.

I will provide compassionate comprehensive evidence based mental health care, with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy that is focused on healing and empowerment. Education is provided on evidence based medication treatment options available, medication management, as well as coping strategies and tools for improvement.
