I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective with a focus on the therapeutic relationship and incorporate principles from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I completed my undergraduate degree and medical school at Harvard University, with time in between spent working as a wilderness therapy guide for adolescents. I am currently in my final year of psychiatry residency at UCSF.

Vivian Luong is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania. I am a licensed child/adolescent and adult psychiatrist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. I offer integrative and holistic psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents and young adults, in particular. I also treat older adults and my understanding of development and early challenges better informs my work with them as well.

I work with clients to help them meet their goals and achieve optimal mental wellness. I provide psychiatric services including medication evaluation and management, and psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My career interests include the mind-body connection between exercise and wellness, young adult life transitions, women's prenatal and post-partum mental health concerns, and the spiritual aspects of psychological health. While diagnosis and medication treatment is often an early focus, in my experience much of the meaningful work is based on getting to know a person, and from there confronting discomforts and engaging therapeutically within a safe environment. It is a privilege to provide this care, and I defend confidentiality as paramount. I encourage mindful self-compassion and forgiveness as a therapeutic approach to alleviating many depressive and anxious problems.

I incorporate medicine, psychology, exercise, nutrition, and sleep into my treatment plans. I believe that the patient and physician should partner together in treating health problems. My goal is to work in collaboration with patients to understand the underlying causes of distress. I take a practical approach to psychiatric treatment. I utilize evidence-based pharmacology in concert with skills-based therapies such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I earned my Bachelor's degree in medical dietetics at the Ohio State University. It was there that I first saw the profound link between mental and physical health.

I was born in Colombia and the passion for psychiatry has driven my life. I went to medical school in Bogota- Colombia, following my interest in Transcultural Psychiatry worked for the University of Guadalajara in Mexico and assisted to McGill University in Montreal. I completed residency in general psychiatry in the University of Virginia, while collaborating with the International Rescue Committee as mental health provider. I have centered my practice in the development of interventions congruent with people's environment and advocating for parity in the delivery and access to services.

I am a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist that specializes in the evaluation and management of ADHD as well as anxiety (Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Phobias) and depressive disorders. I also have experience working with eating disorders across various treatment settings. I have also consulted in assisting people in professional and performance development. Ryan Blum, M.D. is a psychiatrist who works with adults of all ages in medication management and psychotherapy. He graduated from Harvard College and Yale School of Medicine and completed adult psychiatry residency at Yale in 2016. He has worked in a variety of public and private settings and taught students and residents at Yale, UCSF, and OHSU in Portland, Oregon where he currently lives and practices full time. He believes that good psychiatry involves building understanding in depth of who you are and how you developed into this person.

Juliano Innocenti is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2022. I am a compassionate psychiatrist with extensive experience working in both nonprofits and group practice settings. I treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders with medication management as well as psychotherapy.
