As a mother of two children, I can see the struggles and challenges kids face growing up in a digital world. I provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. I use a combination of therapy techniques, review of lifestyle modifications, and use of medication management in a thoughtful way to help you function at your best. Brittany Watson is a licensed and dual board-certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in family medicine and psychiatric mental health. Her training in both specialties allows her to understand the critical link between physical and mental well-being across the lifespan. She has a strong belief in holistic care utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including psychotropic medications, in addition to evidence based complementary and alternative treatments. She believes in a collaborative approach with her client's in reaching their goals. She is a San Diego native and enjoys playing sports, traveling and beach days.

Tara Mauro, DO is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice medicine in California. Her core practice is in general psychiatry. Dr. Mauro has served the military for 13 years with a tour to Iraq. She has served as a Medical Director in both Addictions and Psychiatry where she has trained medical students, residents and physician assistants. She has transitioned to the Civilian sector where she has worked both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs to better help patients with anxiety and mood disorders.

She has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, OCD, PTSD, Sleeping Disorders, and Substance Abuse. She is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health care. She also specializes in IV therapy including Ketamine infusions, vitamins, and NAD+ infusions. Ketamine is used for the treatment of depression. As an additional option for specialty care, we are proud to offer Concierge services.
