He attended medical school at the National University of La Plata, Argentina. Claudio subsequently pursued a rotating internship at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel Aviv University in Israel, before relocating to the United States to complete his psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
