Taylor Alexander is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Science, with an emphasis on Public Health Education, from California State University San Bernardino. She then pursued her nursing degree at Western University of Health Sciences in their Master’s Program, becoming a Registered Nurse. Taylor completed her Master’s in Nursing under the Ambulatory Track, further specializing in Psychiatry.

My goal is to help you live a more fulfilling and meaningful life aligned with your values, and to reduce unnecessary suffering. I will do this through a comprehensive and integrated approach that combines the best of standard of care medicine with holistic and preventive interventions. This may include medication, but also psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition, physical activity, sleep interventions, and other cognitive and behavioral strategies.
