Hadi Estakhri, MD — or Dr. E as his patients know him — is a double board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist practicing at Allied Psychiatry and Mental Health in Newport Beach, California. He offers customized, patient-focused treatments to address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient. With more than two decades of professional experience, he has vast proficiency in the mental health field. His expertise is in treating a wide range of psychiatric and addictive disorders in both adult and adolescents.

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 6 years of mental health experience working in partial hospitalization & intensive outpatient programming for adults, adolescents, and maternal patients, also working in the hospital setting providing mental health consultation & crisis intervention. I entered into psychiatry with the desire to provide effective treatment, education, & options for mental health & healing that include nutrition, therapy, and medication intervention. Nutritional psychiatry is a passion of mine, as I firmly believe that our overall health and well-being is a key element to mental wellness.

Hi! I'm Shala, a board certified mental health nurse practitioner supporting adolescents, teens, and adults in overcoming anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am also a member of the Benzodiazepine Information and Coalition (BIC). For those who need to taper off meds, I use a holistic method which includes psychotherapy, nutrition, and sleep hygiene in addition to gentle tapering from Benzos and other psychotropics based on well known methods like the Ashton Manual and Dr. Horowitz guidelines.

Dr. Kwon is a psychiatrist who holds two medical board certifications in general Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. She completed general adult psychiatry residency at Harbor UCLA, and continued a sub-specialty fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Kwon understands the importance of your autonomy and ability to make informed decisions about your health. She conceptualizes diagnosis and treatment from a holistic point of view. She has training in many different treatment modalities including medication management, acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I currently work out of two clinics in south Orange County. For child and adolescent care, I see patients at the Behavioral Assessment Center of South County (BACSOC). I also offer ketamine/Spravato treatments at this center. I see telehealth patients at Advance TMS.

Brynn Bailey MS, PA-C, has been practicing psychiatry over the last 10 years. She is passionate about helping her patients optimize their health, wellbeing, & happiness through a compassionate & comprehensive approach to treatment. Brynn is a careful listener & collaborates with her patients to formulate a treatment plan that addresses each person's unique needs & leverages their strengths & capabilities. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, PTSD, ADHD, & other conditions created by situational life stressors. She is distinguished by her kind, easy going, yet professional manner. Brynn's focus is medication management with a supportive & collaborative treatment model.

At Advanced TMS Center we typically have adult & child psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, clinical psychologists, & Family Therapists, some wtth over 20 years experience. We see patients ages 5 and up. Our large, first class office in Ladera Ranch offers the best possible patient care. We are in-network with nearly every insurance company. We have many office staff to answer your phone cals in person to address all of your concerns. We do "traditional" medication management, ADD testing, and Spravato (ketamine). We also offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for depression, anxiety & OCD.

Dr. Sina Safahieh hails from Austin, Texas. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed an adult psychiatry residency, and child & adolescent fellowship at UC Irvine. Dr. Safahieh graduated with highest honors with a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently in private practice with offices in Newport Beach and Mission Viejo. Dr. Safahieh is fluent in Farsi and conversational Spanish

I am a Board-Certi Psychiatrist. I received my BA with Honors from Brown University and received my Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School. I completed my residency at UCLA where I was selected chief resident for the Anxiety Disorders Program.

I am deeply passionate about mental health, particularly when it comes to treating bipolar disorders, trauma, and psychotic conditions. When it comes to working with patients, "curiosity" is my guiding principle. I partner with individuals to dig deep into what's troubling them and work together to set life-affirming treatment goals. Over time, I've embraced several care models, including the harm reduction model, which aims to lessen the negative impact of behaviors like substance abuse or self-harm, even if quitting altogether isn’t on the table yet.

Note: due to resent change in pharmacy practices, no new ADHD patients unless in person in Indio CA and using nearby pharmacy. Dr Connolly grew up in Connecticut and completed undergrad at the University of Connecticut where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Cognitive Science. Dr Connolly then moved to California for medical school at Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr Connolly received his medical education and doctorate from there before heading to Southern California for residency training.
