Angela is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She received her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, San Marcos and has over six years of mental and behavioral health care experience. Angela has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in settings which include intensive outpatient programs and psychiatric emergency rooms. In these settings, she has provided care for various diagnoses, including but not limited to, anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and PTSD.

Jack Perlov, M.D. is a board certified psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience as a University professor, psychotherapist and treating all ages and most conditions. He attended medical school at The University of Manitoba and went on to complete his psychiatric residency at the McMaster University Medical Center and University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Perlov completed his Child and Adolescent fellowship at the University of Toronto, where he also served as a Chief Resident at the Hospital for Sick Children.

I am passionate about treating patients holistically with a variety of psychiatric disorders including mood and anxiety disorders, women’s reproductive mental health, sleep disorders, OCD and ADHD. Dr. Toohey is board certified in adult psychiatry with extensive experience in emergency psychiatry and reproductive mental health with a boutique psychiatry practice in California. She completed residency at NYU/Bellevue Hospital in New York City and has over 20 years' experience. She served as faculty at UCSD and University of Hawaii. In addition to the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis and ADHD, her areas of expertise include reproductive psychiatry and management of psychiatric symptoms occurring from complex medical illness. She is a consultant in hospitals and emergency rooms throughout California.

Preeti Mathur, M.D. is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She completed her residency and was Chief Resident at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College, NY. She has worked at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital for 3 years and is currently also working at Palomar Pomerado Hospital.
