The mission of Pacific Psych is to provide quality psychiatric treatment for psychiatric disorders for patients ages 18 to 64. We are contracted with most major health insurance companies. We both virtual and in-person psychiatric evaluations and online scheduling. We specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and injectable ketamine therapy for depression and anxiety.

I am board certified in psychiatry and neurology, and trained in functional medicine. I specialize in adult/geriatric, reproductive, and adolescent psychiatry. I focus on the whole individual -- not just a constellation of symptoms -- and the treatment I provide is comprehensive, and integrative. My focus is on the relationship with my patients, maintaining trust, and providing excellent care. I approach my patients with the same dedication I would want my own loved ones and family to receive. I do not accept insurance but provide a superbill that you can submit for out of network benefits.

Preeti Mathur, M.D. is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. She completed her residency and was Chief Resident at Westchester Medical Center, New York Medical College, NY. She has worked at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital for 3 years and is currently also working at Palomar Pomerado Hospital.

Alex Papp, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist offering psychiatric care and ketamine for depression, bipolar, PTSD, suicidality, anxiety, ADD, OCD, & other serious mental health conditions. Dr. Papp offers an individual approach to ketamine treatment as part of a full psychiatric practice. He also offers psychiatric assessments and pharmacogenetic tests to determine the most appropriate choice of medications. He collaborates closely with Julie Myers, PsyD, MSCP at the Point Loma Clinic. Dr. Papp is an Assistant Clinical Faculty member at UCSD, where he volunteers at the student run free clinic.

Joseph Wurbel, D.O., attended the University of San Diego for his undergraduate degree prior to matriculating at Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Thereafter he moved to Fort Lauderdale to receive residency training in General Adult Psychiatry at University Hospital. Desiring to further specialize his care for children, adolescents, and transitional age youth, he completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship and served as Chief Fellow at the University of Southern California/LAC+USC Medical Center.

Krishna Vijayasarathi, D.O. (Dr. Vijay) is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Vijay received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences. Afterward, he went on to complete his psychiatry residency at UCLA Kern, and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of South Caroline, Prisma Health.

I am a board-certified general psychiatrist. I see a variety of patients in my outpatient practice. I provide medication management. I am interested in the use of complementary medicine for mood and anxiety disorders. Kristin Lulich is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. She received her MSN and DNP from the University of San Diego, and is an NEI Master Psychopharmacologist. Her experience has encompassed a variety of settings and specialties including inpatient, outpatient, crisis stabilization, consult-liaison psychiatry, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She has a strong belief in holistic care and creates individualized treatment plans using combinations of pharmacotherapy and individual therapy as well as complimentary and alternative approaches.

I specialize in treating patients with medications, therapy or both. I have particular interest in Family therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Exposure Therapy), and Psychodynamic therapy. I commonly work with patients experiencing issues with mood, anxiety, stress, attention/concentration, school, work, family dynamics, or relationships. Originally from the midwest, I attended medical school at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. I completed my adult psychiatry residency training at the University of Chicago-Medicine and my child and adolescent psychiatry training at UCLA.

Dr. Megan Gotiangco is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Nursing Practice from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor in Nursing Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Gotiangco has experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. She is able to provide diagnostic clarity for patients initially seeking care and medication management supported by the latest research in the medical field.
