I have been working as a Nurse Practitioner for several years in a variety of fields including primary care, urgent care, mental health, and women's health. I enjoy connecting with patients and helping them through the many phases of their life that bring stressors and challenges. I work along side our therapists at Cascade to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, and perinatal (pre and post-partum) mental health in adults over age 18.

I am a certified family nurse practitioner, with additional certification in perinatal mental health. I enjoy being able to give patients the time that they deserve, taking 60-90 minutes with new patients to get to know their history and the symptoms they're experiencing.

As a mom of 4 I've walked similar paths to many others struggling with stress, anxiety, and managing it all, throughout some of the busiest years of their life. I base my practice on taking the time to listen and help people feel at their best too.
